About globalLead

Founded in 1997, globalLead is a mission organization that has trained over 28,000 Christian ministry leaders from 50 different countries around the globe. Our mission takes a unique approach of focusing on the exponential multiplication of impact by skipping the step of sending a foreign missionary. We focus on developing local, indigenous ministry leaders and pastors so that they can reach and disciple others in their sphere of influence. This approach has enabled a huge global movement to occur with relatively low financial costs. We accomplish this by offering church leadership training courses and conferences to minister to the heart of a leader.

The purpose of globalLead is to serve those in ministry through trainings and mentorship in order to position Christian leaders for multiplication.
