Online Ministry Training

online training for leaders over Zoom
Chris Davis teaching an online ministry training

We have discovered many ministry leaders globally do not have the resources or time to attend face-to-face training. This development of online ministry training overcomes the problems of:

  • the cost of transportation for the trainers and the participants,
  • housing and meal expenses, and
  • loss of wages due to time away from their full-time employment

And online ministry training has the added benefits of:

  • flexibility to learn and apply pieces of training when available (We have discovered retention and implementation of training increases in online training environments because leaders can take their time),
  • spreading out training in bite-size chunks for better learning,
  • immediate on-the-ground implementation, and
  • enabling cross-cultural learning and missional community beyond borders by allowing participants from various countries to collaborate

We will continue to develop these ministry trainings and seminars to provide greater accessibility to leaders around the world. Explore the tabs below to learn more about these option.

If you are interested in any future iterations of these trainings, please use the Contact Us Form or send us a message on our Facebook page.

COURSE OVERVIEW

Learn Biblical ministry principles that are proven to be always transferable across all cultures and in all ages. Practical, transcultural examples are used to inspire to implementation of the principles. Time is also set aside for the seminar participants to put their ideas and plans into writing. This enables leaders to have a strategic plan for one entire year of ministry.

Our goal is to develop an entire group of Christian youth leaders and create a team of trainers within their existing structure so multiplication of youth leadership can occur with local trainers and input.

Micro-Trainings

The Great Commission

The Great Commission is impossible… from a human point of view.

Join us on January 17th, 2024 to hear from Pastor Steven Tumbaga. He will be speaking on the Great Commission, God’s perspective on it, and what we are called to do as a result of it. Come and be reminded this mission is primarily about and done by the Great King. Learn His commands for every believer and how you can effectively participate.

Essentials of Multiplication

What does it mean to multiply? And how do you do it?

Rev. Macky Sabayle will be sharing essential principles of multiplication based on 2 Timothy 2:2-7…

“…What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also. 3 Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him. 5 An athlete is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules. 6 It is the hard-working farmer who ought to have the first share of the crops. 7 Think over what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.”

Transforming Bible Study

Information or Transformation?

For the spiritual growth of a believer, the study of God’s Word is essential and must come first. However, too often, we do not know where to start or how to study Scripture for character transformation instead of merely more information. In truth, a transforming Bible study is more perspiration than inspiration, more work than magic. The effort of studying a passage makes it possible for the Holy Spirit to speak to us and through us in our Bible studies. In this micro-training, Pastor Lanz will deal with some Biblical principles that Christ Himself used to bring about spiritual transformation in His hearers.

Pastor Lanz Ross Bation serves as Christian Education and Discipleship and Youth Pastor in Bradford United Church of Christ Inc, Philippines. He finished his Masters in Pastoral Studies in Cebu at the Graduate School of Theology BTC. He is part of the globalLead SE Asia core team.

Biblical Evangelism

Want to make Christ know?

Hear from Pastor Kenn Puracan about Biblical Evangelism and learn how to make Christ known. He will be sharing with us a lecture aiming to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Biblical evangelism. Sometimes it can be hard to know how to start… where to go after you start… and how to follow up afterward. While you may have a desire to share Jesus with friends, family, and strangers, it can be intimidating to begin. Be equipped with practical and Biblical principles for effectively engaging and reaching out to your community and making Christ known!
