Rev. Byrom accepted the position of Heart of the Leader Assistant in January 2021. Being involved in launching Heart of the Leader around the world is an exciting prospect for Eric. His experience of serving cross-culturally for over 7 years, serving as a pastor for over 10 years in various settings, and being a participant in soul care training equips him in a unique way to contribute to this vital ministry. He is excited to be involved in helping leaders to run the race so as to finish well.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and three children. They enjoy playing games together and gathering with family and friends. He also enjoys basketball, reading, playing the guitar, and painting. He is a lifelong learner who is always up to try or learn something new.
Prior to joining globalLead, Eric was a Church Planter in the Bronx, an English Pastor in a Chinese Church in New Jersey and an International Worker in Central Asia. In the past ten years, he has served as the Lead Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Mansfield, OH.
