The Board of Directors of globalLead oversees the vision for the organization, maps out a plan for the achievement of that vision, and then holds the Executive Director accountable for the implementation of the ministry plans. The board evaluates the Executive Director on a yearly basis, who serves alongside and reports to the board, in order to maintain balanced accountability and leadership.
Mike Stigall, Board Chairman
Mike Stigall is the Executive Pastor of Ministry at Grace Church in Millersburg, Ohio, and serves as a member of the Executive leadership team. Mike has been involved with globalLead for over 17 years. He has served as part of the Board of Directors since 2007 and is currently the Board Chairman. Mike supports globalLead for their unique ability to efficiently train, mentor, multiply Christian leaders that enable them to have a strategic impact within their cultures. He also appreciates the Heart of the Leader training that enables leaders to receive proper care to maintain long-term balance in ministry.
Mike resides in Mansfield, Ohio with his wife Sally and kids Eric and Jenna. He enjoys being outdoors, golfing, cooking, reading, and deepening his walk with God through both small group and personal study time.
Lynn Reinbolt
Lynn Reinbolt of Searcy, Arkansas, is actively involved in working with several organizations on both a regional, national and global basis. Lynn is the President of “White County Kicking Cancer Foundation,” whose purpose is to assist cancer patients with financial needs, Logistics Coordinator for the “Heart of Arkansas” region of Operation Christmas Child, Missions Leader for Trinity Baptist Church, and is also actively involved with sports ministries, “Upward Basketball” and “International Hoops for Hopes.” Lynn also volunteers with several disaster relief organizations and is a teacher and mission participant with his home church. Before his current activities, Lynn was President and Chief Operating Officer of XPOLogisics Trailer Manufacturing for 26 years.
Lynn owns his own artistic photography company and is an avid environmentalist who enjoys bicycling, hiking, and gardening.
Lynn has supported globalLead’s work in Nepal for several years.
Lynn and his wife Robin have been married for 35 years and have three children and one granddaughter.
