Since 1997, globaLead has been conducting Christian ministry leadership seminars in Africa. Since then, thousands of Christian ministry leaders have been trained from over a dozen countries. One of the most exciting things we have seen in Africa is local leaders being encouraged to train others on their continent. Not only has this been true in youth ministry but also in all levels of church ministry leadership.
We have partnerships currently with denominations, seminaries, para-church groups, and local churches that are planting churches across the continent.
One of the best testimonies of our w
ork is how many of those trained in the late 1990s and early 2000s are now leading whole movements and denominations of churches and they still call upon us to partner with them in their leadership development needs.
