Steven B. Tumbaga serves as the youth and missions pastor at Living Word Christian Churches of Cebu Int’l Inc – Banawa Cebu City, Philippines. He has a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Singapore Bible College. He is also a Licensed Electronics Engineer. Prior to serving full-time in his local church, he worked as a Production Manager in an Electronics manufacturing company.
