Can you imagine going without drinking water for an entire day? Can you imagine going a day without being at peace with God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ? Have you ever considered these sufferings are two sides of the same coin? For this reason, globalLead ministers in NW Asia to provide both running water and living water.
In John 4:13-14, Jesus said to the woman at the well,
“Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
Through your ministry with us and thanks to some generous donors at the start of this year, our teams were busy in the month of February installing 30 water wells in villages in NW Asia. But, globalLead, does not stop there. We can’t! Caring for the needs of the body is merely an avenue through which we point to the needs of the spirit.
These new freshwater wells are strategically placed where our teams have trained church leaders who are ready to begin quenching spiritual dehydration. The gift of these wells helps these church leaders become more connected to their communities, and as a result, our God is magnified. This ministry helps the Christian spiritual leaders provide fresh, running water and eternal life-giving water as they share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with thirsty souls.
