In September 2020, with God’s leading, Ethel Tauli took on the role as coordinator of globalLead’s Heart of the Leader Ministry for all of Asia. Together with the globalLead staff in the SE region, we hope to bring a fresh initiative for soul care.
The goal is to address the desperate need of many pastors and Christian workers for overall spiritual health and rejuvenation in their ministry. We seek to do this by providing care and mentorship for Christian leaders through the Heart of the Leader (HotL). Having gone through it and having conducted 4 batches of the HotL, we have found it to be a very effective tool for soul care. Through Ethel’s leadership, we hope it will become even more beneficial and accessible for other Christian leaders.
The main area of focus is Asia, where this need is largely unaddressed, and where globalLead’s Southeast Asia office is based. Still, the program has blessed participants from other countries beyond the region and will continue to impact others all over the world.
In order to accomplish this, we are looking to raise an amount of $1,000 a month for a span of 2 years to fund the program.
